About our company

Eagle Shield Consulting Services (ESCS) is a woman owned business located in Georgetown, Texas, which specializes in providing tactical training, tactical medical training, active shooter response training, high-risk fugitive apprehension training, executive personal protection training, and firearms training to law enforcement officers, private security officers, corporations, and responsible civilians.

Unfortunately in today’s society, every-day civilians, as well as law enforcement officers, are faced with an ever-increasing breed of violent predators who show no compassion towards the sanctity of human life. The acts of mass murder and violence, whether for personal or ideological reasons, are the most challenging scenarios facing all of our communities today. Failure to train effectively is training to fail. ESCS firmly believes that hands-on training and  reality based-stress inoculation training, are required to have effective training.  ESCS utilizes operationally proven tactics, techniques, and procedures in accomplishing its training goals.

Our current instructor staff is comprised of the highest level of professionals with over 160 years of combined law enforcement and military real-world experience.
