Mentally & Physically Preparing You and Your Team To Prevail During a Hostile Event.

You must have an understanding of the situation, i.e. knowledge, and a plan on how to respond/react without hesitation should you be thrust into this situation. You MUST train on that plan in order for it to be successful and the training must involve some stress factors, so your body is used to the stress of the event.

Failure to Train Effectively is Training to Fail.

ESCS utilizes operationally proven tactics, techniques, and procedures to accomplish its training goals.  Hands-on-training and reality based- stress inoculation training exercises are the best way to have effective training.  Lectures and PowerPoint presentations are part of the training process but only an exceedingly small part. Simply watching a PowerPoint or listening to someone speak will NOT prepare anyone to deal with a hostile, active threat event.  Therefore, the only way to train effectively is to have top rated professional instructors who incorporate 90%-95% hands-on-training and reality based-stress inoculation training exercises to the training event. One’s body must become acclimated to the stress that it will feel during a hostile event so that the brain does not shut down due to the stress.  You must be able to think and react accordingly. ESCS utilizes the DEAR principle – Demonstrate, Explain, Apply, Remediate. Instructors will demonstrate every skill and explain it clearly.  The instructors will then have you perform or apply the skill and then remediate the skill should it not be applied correctly.

Essential Training for Life-Altering Situations

Failure to have a plan and train effectively could mean the loss of your life, the life of a loved one, or the life of teammate.  You do not get to choose the time or place when you have to react or respond to a life altering hostile event.  These hostile events could happen at your place of business, at your place of worship, at your place of shopping, entertainment venues, and unfortunately at any school or university in our society. Contact ESCS to receive the training you and your team needs now.

You Do Not Get To Choose The Time And Place.

  • DO YOU HAVE A PLAN?
  • HAVE YOU EFFECTIVELY TRAINED ON YOUR PLAN?
  • CAN YOU THINK AND ACT EFFECTIVELY UNDER STRESS?
  • ARE YOU ABLE TO SAVE YOUR LIFE OR THE LIFE OF SOMEONE ELSE?

If you answered "NO" to any one of these questions, then you need our services.
